Evans House, an 18 unit, three-bedroom, all brick, mid-rise apartment building, and is now part of the Crestview Management area, will soon receive a new 24-hour monitored security system upgrade. The property was comprehensively upgraded in 2005 to include air conditioning, new kitchens, appliance upgrades, roofing replacement, and exterior lighting fixtures.
A private day care service provider leases space at Evans House and provides services to both WHA residents and the public.
